We are now looking for 6 kitchen/dish/restaurant assistants who feel comfortable in both the kitchen, dining room, and dishwashing. It is important that you can work in a structured manner in a fast-paced environment and maintain calm in stressful situations. You are self-driven but also have good teamwork skills.

In these times, jobs can come in very quickly early in the morning - we will call you then. Or, jobs may come in during the day, and we will call you.

This job is suitable for you if you enjoy getting up early in the morning and can QUICKLY go out to work on short notice and are flexible.

• As a kitchen assistant, you primarily assist the chef. You help with most tasks in the kitchen - chopping and cutting vegetables, assisting at the frying station, keeping things clean, cleaning up, and other common tasks in a restaurant kitchen. You can handle kitchen equipment and are not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment.
• As a restaurant assistant, you need to have experience in the dining room. Your tasks will vary between cashier work, preparing sandwiches, replenishing the buffet, as well as dishwashing and cleaning.
• As a dishwasher, you should have experience with granule dishwashing, main dishwashing, and conveyor dishwashing in restaurants and LARGE KITCHENS. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be organized.

At least 6 months of documented experience from large kitchens.

Training in food hygiene - documented.

Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, as all product sheets are in Swedish.

You should have completed food hygiene training.

The work involves a lot of lifting of containers, so it is good if you are not afraid to pitch in.

We want you to have a background in the restaurant industry and be able to work BOTH as a dishwasher AND as an assistant. You find it enjoyable to work in a kitchen and may want to learn more and develop. YOUR AGE? It doesn't matter - as long as you can keep up the pace and work at a dish station with high tempo. A driver's license is a plus; we have cars.
